How to Make an Appointment

You will need to login to the MyHealth Portal with your UCSB NetID and Password and follow the order of the buttons below until you reach the X-ray Services page where you can select from the services we offer.

X-ray Copies

CD (compact disc) copies of images performed at Student Health can be obtained with at least a 24-hour turnaround.

You do NOT need copies of your images if you are referred to a specialist in Santa Barbara with web access to Pueblo Radiology Medical Group. Call the specialist office to verify.
If referred to a specialist without web access to Pueblo Radiology (includes specialists outside of Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Isla Vista area), or for yourself. Copies are only provided on a CD (compact disc).

UC SHIP or GAP

Follow-up X-rays From an Outside Provider

To avoid out-of-pocket costs, return to Student Health to receive your follow-up X-rays.

All X-rays performed by another radiology facility or a doctor's office outside of Student Health will incur a fee.

Waived Students

There is a charge for X-rays at Student Health.
X-ray services performed at Student Health will be billed to your BARC account.

Note: You may want to contact your private insurance to find a radiology group covered by your Insurance Plan.

Licensure

Our Radiologic Technologists are licensed by the State of California and the professional interpretation of our images is performed by Pueblo Radiology Medical Group, a facility that is fully accredited by the American College of Radiology.
