Supplemental Coverage of Reproductive Health Services

The Reproductive Justice Fund was created by the AS Public and Mental Health Commission and Students for Reproductive Justice in conjunction with UCSB Student Health to ensure that all students can access reproductive healthcare regardless of financial barriers. This fund can only be applied at UCSB Student Health (including Pharmacy) and is available to all students regardless of insurance status.

Instructions

In-Person

If you are unable to pay for reproductive health services at Student Health, ask your practitioner at the appointment to use the “Reproductive Justice Fund”, and your expenses will be covered with no further questions asked.

Asynchronous Care

If you are using asynchronous care to access contraceptives or other reproductive health care on your MyHealth Portal, check the box that says “I have GAP/waived and am requesting financial assistance to cover the costs of these services due to financial hardship."
