General information/ students:

Students can use the medical services just as they would their regular doctor's office and urgent care center. The facility is fully accredited, staffed by board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, advice nurses, dietitians, optometrists, dentists, physical therapists, pharmacists, lab, and x-ray technicians, social workers and counselors.

All students can utilize the services at SHS whether or not they have the Gaucho Health Insurance. To start your care at SHS, see appointments.


Accreditation information:

Student Health is a fully accredited health care facility. Our technology is state-of-the-art and we utilize electronic medical records. All providers are licensed and/or certified in their respective fields. Members of our nursing, dietitians, and counseling staffs are licensed professionals.

Continuous quality improvement and an accredited continuing medical education (CME) programs are part of the high standards maintained by Student Health.
