Have a fun, safe, and healthy summer!

Remember to:

• Schedule needed medical/GYN appointments
• Refill prescriptions (before eligibility ends)
• Arrange travel immunizations/consultations in advance
• Dental benefits are included for all UC SHIP students and cover two free cleanings yearly at any Delta Dental PPO dentist

If you are graduating or leaving the university this semester:

• Eligibility to use UC SHIP ends September 21, 2012
• Check medical insurance options and resources "Insurance After Graduation" before UC SHIP insurance coverage ends
