The UC Student Health Insurance Plan (UC SHIP) is a comprehensive major medical insurance plan, providing medical, counseling, prescription,dental and vision services. Remember, all students can use Student Health, whether you have UC SHIP or not.
The cost of UC SHIP for 2012-2013 is:
Undergraduate - $459.00 per quarter; $1,377 yearly.
Graduate - $847 per quarter; $2,541 yearly.
Teacher Education Program - June 25,2012 - $682.08
Freshman Summer Start Program - August 2, 2012 - $211.17
Student Health will continue to be your "medical home" for primary care and provide referrals elsewhere if needed.
