The Eye Care Center has been caring for the vision and eye health ofUCSB students since 1971. Our Center is staffed with full-time optometrists and optometric assistants providing comprehensive primary eye care Monday through Friday from 8am - 4:30pm.
We are now part of UC SHIP, Blue View Vision Care. For vision benefits go to the insurance section of our website.

Besides comprehensive and emergency eye exams, we also preform special testing for:
- corneal abrasions, topography and health assessment
- increased floaters
- foreign body removal from eye
- visual field testing
